Our Requisition

Accuro setup

Add our requisition to your EMR.

The Rossland Diagnostic Clinic requisition is available through Accuro’s Standard Forms library.

Telus Health / PS Suite

Download the Rossland Diagnostic Clinic custom form, then import it through the PS Suite Forms window.

Open the requisition file and save it to your computer.

From the Records window, choose Settings, then Edit Custom Forms.

In the Forms window, open the File menu and choose Import Form(s).

Navigate to the folder containing the custom form file you saved, then select the file.

Click Choose. PS Suite will confirm when the form has been imported successfully.

Alternative: Drag and drop the saved form file directly into the Custom Forms window.

OSCAR

Locate Rossland Diagnostic Clinic in the OSCAR eForms repository, download the ZIP file and import it through the Administration panel.

Under the OSCAR Administration tab, search for eForms.

Search for Rossland Diagnostic Clinic.

Under Action, select the Download button. The ZIP file will be saved to your computer’s Downloads folder.

In OSCAR, go to System → Administration Panel → Manage eForms → Import.

Choose the downloaded ZIP file, select Import, then add your clinic’s customizations to the form as needed.
